Pain Reduction Center

Mr.Jincheng Liu L. AC is the owner of the Pain Reduction Center and has been practicing Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine for over 20 years.

Born and raised in Tian Jin, China he graduated from Tian Jin Medical College and then received his Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from South Baylo University in Southern California.

Mr. Liu is a licensed Acupuncturist, recognized by the State of California Acupuncture Board as well as a Certified Massage Therapist.

He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese (我說一口流利的普通話) and English.

Jincheng (Tony) is dedicated to healing and will create a personal treatment plan best suited for treating you and restoring your body's natural health.
